Dafarn Newydd is a fantastic location in a mature landscaped environment that would take decades to replicate. The existing environment is what makes Dafarn Newydd special, so we aim to retain and enhance the environment.

Our consultants have generated a "Landscape & Visual Appraisal" that demonstrates that our proposals would have a minimal impact on the environment.

Trees and hedgerows would be retained and buildings would be built around the existing landscape.

There would be minimal impact on wildlife and the biodiversity would not be impacted.

A trees and hedgerows survey will be commissioned following the land's inclusion in the Anglesey deposit draft Local Development Plan.

It is likely that an ecological report will be commissioned to uncover the existance of wildlife or newts or bats about the proposed site.

A scoping report has been requested from Anglesey Council to enable StMalo to provide the Council with all the information it would require to determine any future planning application.

The Welsh Assembly Government have confirmed the land is classified as "subgrade 3a"
